This absolutely deserves another post, but I've been taking this one for a year. I've increased from one tab to two. In not enough words it acts as an anti-inflammatory, improves cellular fragility and ferroptosis and inflammaging.
Other things I take currently:
GLP Advantage: Codeage has a couple of formulas, so make sure you're taking the right one! This one has Akkermansia, berberine, and green tea.
iCell Water by nuBioage. An alternate can be Thorne creatine + amino acids. You NEED 5g creatine a day!
